I love this question. It’s real, honest, and deeply valid.
Over the years, I’ve met all kinds of couples. Some tell me without hesitation: “Our top priority is the photos — they’re what will last the longest.” And I completely get it. They want every emotion, every glance, every hug to be preserved forever.
But I’ve also met couples who say: “We want something beautiful, but staying within our budget is the most important thing.” And that’s a completely valid reality too. Getting married means making choices, setting priorities, and deciding where to invest. There’s no single right way to do it.
So, is it worth investing in wedding photography?
I can’t say this enough: yes, yes, and a thousand times yes.
It’s worth finding someone who doesn’t just take pretty photos, but who truly gets what you’re looking for. Someone who connects with your story, your values, and your vision of love and life.
I’m 100% sure there are couples out there who are looking for someone exactly like me — just as I’m looking for them. Couples who resonate with my style, with the way I see the world, and who need someone like me to be there on one of the most important days of their lives.
Because I’m not just going to show up with a camera.
I’m going to be fully present, with all my senses awake, carefully documenting moments that will never happen again. I’ll observe, accompany, capture — so that one day, you can relive your wedding through your memories.
So yes, it’s worth the investment.
And you know what else is absolutely worth it?
You are.
