This session was an incredibly special and unexpected series of events. I had lived in Medellín for a while in 2020 and 2021, where I formed some truly beautiful friendships. One person, in particular, became very close to me, and at that time, she was falling in love with someone equally beautiful. I began to see their relationship as one of those rare ones that stays true, no matter how many other friendships you have. They are simply themselves and complement each other perfectly, whether it’s in the way they admire the birds in the sky or talk about dog hair salons—those little, beautiful details that, four years later, I get to witness again and see even more how truly unique their connection is.

Now, about the session itself—personally, this was one of those sessions that left a mark. It inspired and shaped what I do today.

It turned out even better than I had expected. Time seemed to fly by, and I found myself hoping the sun wouldn’t set and that the space would remain entirely ours. Anais (one of the special people I mentioned earlier) had found this location online, and it turned out to be the most spectacular place I’ve ever visited—I still haven’t found anything quite like it.

I can’t compare this session to any other. Yes, every session has its own unique moments, but this one, being one of my first, carried such a sense of creativity and inspiration that it made me reflect. Was I preparing for a moment like this? All I can say is that it made perfect sense. The pictures will speak for themselves.
